IndyStar’s Top Workplaces 2016 recognizes Indianapolis technology companies

Several Indianapolis technology companies received recognition from the Indianapolis Star’s Top Workplaces for 2016 survey. A total of 90 companies received recognition this year, up five from the previous year.

PERQ is an engagement technology company providing solutions that connect consumers to brands. They combine their engagement technology and advertising services to help businesses motivate consumers through promotions; whether boosting sales, introducing a new product or building a database.

MOBI provides software and services to help companies manage mobility. Their cloud-based software centralizes the management of mobile devices by integrating with wireless carriers, MDMs, corporate IT systems, and more.

Philadelphia-based WorkplaceDynamics managed this year’s survey process. Any public, private, nonprofit or government company could be nominated as long as it employs at least 50 people in Central Indiana. 1,284 workplaces were invited by WorkplaceDynamics and 145 participated in the survey. Questions asked in the survey related to workforce training, work/life balance, employee engagement, pay and benefits, and appreciation.
