Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, your mission is to build market position by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Identify potential business deals and clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging our partner network and your personal network.
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding candidates and presentations to capture profitable business opportunity.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
